What does it cost to heat a 4D-Comfort water mattress? A softside
waterbed is a well-insulated system because of its foam borders, its cover and its closed plinth.
4D-Comfort mattresses usually have an additional insulation pad, called Isopad. The power
used, is about 1 kWh/h per day, the average of a tiny light bulb. The exact quantity is determined
by the size of the bed, the bedroom temperature, the insulation value of the quilt etc. |
